To satisfy the changing needs of the market, we have a great human capital, equipped with broad experience and professionalism, and an extensive and modern fleet of machinery and trucks equipped with the latest technological advances.

The fleet of machinery comprehends mini excavators of 800kg up to rotating machines of 44tm, with chains or tires and equipped with various types of diggers, brushes, hammers, hydraulics, metal shears, etc.

The fleet of trucks comprises of small vehicles of 3.5tm up to dumper trucks with a capacity of 40tm. The vehicles are equipped with GPS localization and radio frequency systems in order to improve the organization of the work.

  Disassemble and retreat of fibre cement (Asbestos)

  
  Since 200, DEMOLICIONES FT S.L. has been acknowledged by the R.E.R.A. (Register of Enterprises with Asbestos Risks), in order to realize disassembling of fibre cement plates

  We are authorized to disassemble roofs, drains, wastepipes, pipelines, depots and any other object that may contain asbestos in its composition.
  
  We dispose of a crane truck equipped with vacuum aspiration to treat the plates. The material is packaged properly by our workmen, and transported by our vehicles to dumping grounds, authorized for the treatment of these residues.

   

  Our insurance company deals with the realization of measurements of fibre cement in the air in our workplace, watching the health of our employees by measuring the risk of exposure to asbestos and also organizes courses on the prevention of work related risks in the sector.
  
  

  
  ¿WHAT IS ASBESTOS?
  Asbestos is a composition of hydrated silicate fibres, damaging to health and not detectable by the naked eye.

  IMPORTANTANCE OF ITS RETREAT

  Without proper treatment, permanent contact with the fibres of fibre cement through inhalation of the small particles that float in the air, can be very harmful to health as the particles start to deposit in the lungs, provoking diseases like breathing difficulties, asbestosis and cancer

   
  
  WORKING METHODOLOGY
  
  

  ·         1º Realization of a Safety Plan specifically for asbestos

  ·         2º Presentation of this plan to the highly competent labour authorities for its approval.

  ·         3º Waiting for a favourable resolution before starting the work (with a maximum of 45 days without response, according to R.D. one can start the work by means of a silence procedure).

  ·         4º Analysis and measurement of the asbestos, to be carried out by the insurance company before start of, during and by completion of the disassembling.

  ·         5º Installation of the prevention of contamination unit (DECOM), in order to not only guarantee quality, but also the health of our employees who are working on the retreat of the asbestos.

  ·         6º Realization of the work, following the indicated prevention measures of the Safety Plan.

  ·         7º The employees that realize the work, are properly schooled and specialized in executing retreat of asbestos – they are continuously submitted to courses, which augment as well as refresh their knowledge on the subject.

  ·         8º The PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) are special for this type of work: disposable suits, anti-particles masks, gloves, etc.

  ·         9º The asbestos boards will be loaded and transported to authorized dumping grounds, presenting the corresponding certificate upon completion, specifying the quantity and provenance.

  Our company is very experienced in the execution of all types of demolitions, including in hard-to-access buildings, which are realized by means of manual and mechanical labour, using the most modern work equipment with vehicles and machinery that are adaptable to any type of work.

   

  With our hydraulic hammers, shearing machines and floor cutting machines we can realize any type of work that implies cutting of  ferroconcrete, iron, steel girders, etc.
  
  

  Our staff has received accredited training in working at heights, taught by the headquarters of the fire department of Malaga.
  
  

  We can classify the demolitions by type of work, into the following categories:
  
  

  ·         INTERIORS AND EXTERIORS: with our operatives and mini-rotating and mini-dumper machines we can realize interior demolitions in buildings, load the rubble into containers and subsequently transport it to the dumping ground.

  ·         With our European scaffolds, elevating platforms and our hoisting cranes equipped with baskets, we can also perform work on façades.

  ·         COMPLETE AND PARTIAL: thanks to our rotating machines that are provided with long arms to be able to reach up to great heights (20 metres) and shearing machines, we are capable of executing the entire demolition of high buildings. Even so, we can pull up the mini machinery in order to demolish one of the floors of the building

  ·         UNDERWATER: Our hydraulic hammers are equipped with a protection system that allows them to realize the demolition of constructions situated underwater.
